Preferred Level Support
Remote support by the Nakina Customer Support Center for Critical Issues 365 days per year, 24 hours per day. Nakina provides contractually committed SLA times for Response, Restoral and Resolution for all verified product issues. Optional access to software maintenance releases. Initial system audit to determine configurations and software revision levels. Full software maintenance release documentation supplied electronically.
Nakina provides a standard warranty on all its software products against defects resulting in service-affecting problems. After this initial warranty, Nakina Systems offers product maintenance through maintenance contracts which are renewable annually. Additional customized premium services are also available (contact Nakina for details and pricing). Contracts are renewable annually.
